Shipping Policy

All successfully paid orders will appear as 【Unfulfilled】under delivery status and change to 【Shipped】once the package has been handed over to the courier. An email with the tracking number will be sent to you subsequently (Except Local HK Ordinary Mail).
All orders except otherwise specified as 【Custom Products】will be handed over to the courier in 1-2 working days (excluding HK public holidays). In case of delayed shipping due to lack of stock, stocking problem, or peak seasons, we will notify you through Whatsapp followed by email if Whatsapp is not reachable.
We may need to split your orders when deemed necessary due to stocking issues. You will be notified through email with a separate tracking number (except Local HK Ordinary Mail).
For International Shipping: You may need to be responsible for any import duties or taxes charged by your country and any import-related fees which may vary widely from country to country.
